
I am so thankful to Christine Miserandino for creating Spoons Theory! I have adapted it to reflect that of the energy expenditure of a person with rheumatoid arthritis. Please adjust this as you need based on your body. You may start to realize that missing a meal has no effect on you or may have a great effect. Grade your daily tasks for you. I strongly suggest you keep a chart to help you better communicate with your doctor and better manage your energy. You can keep track of this in the planner I created or make your own.
